Nepotism, Elitism, Inept CEO thinks he owns people. Everything will be fine if you are a yes man everything except for the money part. Start saying something other than yes or start asking for for arrears, all hell breaks loose.

Colleagues were mostly good, and it is the best company if you want to train yourself in a challenging work culture where you can hone your skills and develop resilience through hard work.

A big issue is even you give your time and hard work, all things will go in vain due to the the lack of planning or sudden change in planning from higher management. Management tends to address problems at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress. They're also stubborn about selling their preferred products, rather than what customers actually want, and then blame employees when things don't go well. Colleague are good. you will learn new things. Office culture is not bad. You shall get salary on time.

You project will change after each day of meeting. So, you can't get enough time to be a-line with new things. CEO's vison and his acts are not matched. Very regid person. The only toxic person in the company. In the team of 20-30, if the head is like that other good things will be diminished.
