Colleague are good. you will learn new things. Office culture is not bad. You shall get salary on time.

You project will change after each day of meeting. So, you can't get enough time to be a-line with new things. CEO's vison and his acts are not matched. Very regid person. The only toxic person in the company. In the team of 20-30, if the head is like that other good things will be diminished.

No respect to female employees..only good on words and worst at action wheather inside organisation or to the customer. Zero commitment fulfillment to costumers and employees. Loyalty toward work is not respected. Head of system have no sense of running company which makes the company hollow.

I would strongly advise others to be very cautious about considering employment with this organisation. It’s plagued by detrimental office politics, lacks travel allowances involves difficult team dynamics, requires personal spending for company expenses, has a CEO with inappropriate language and demands after office hours work and meetings. Achieving work life balance here seems nearly impossible.

Sorry to say, there is nothing to like about this company. If anybody wants to join in, it would be by choice...

Politics and favorites factor works a lot. Lack of leadership from the seniors of this place. To be Frank, you wouldn't be respected for your hard work and efforts.. communication about the tasks are not clear...

Nothing to like. If you are starting your career it's alright other wise, no point joining.

Nepotism, Elitism, Inept CEO thinks he owns people. Everything will be fine if you are a yes man everything except for the money part. Start saying something other than yes or start asking for for arrears, all hell breaks loose.
