No respect to female employees..only good on words and worst at action wheather inside organisation or to the customer. Zero commitment fulfillment to costumers and employees. Loyalty toward work is not respected. Head of system have no sense of running company which makes the company hollow.

Colleagues were mostly good, and it is the best company if you want to train yourself in a challenging work culture where you can hone your skills and develop resilience through hard work.

A big issue is even you give your time and hard work, all things will go in vain due to the the lack of planning or sudden change in planning from higher management. Management tends to address problems at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress. They're also stubborn about selling their preferred products, rather than what customers actually want, and then blame employees when things don't go well. You project will change after each day of meeting. So, you can't get enough time to be a-line with new things. CEO's vison and his acts are not matched. Very regid person. The only toxic person in the company. In the team of 20-30, if the head is like that other good things will be diminished.
