Pathetic Hikes, Management doesn't care about the employee, no hikes from past two years, before that flat single digit hike whether you are an excellent performer or under performer.

I love the fact that i am the part of this company. Another point is that my colleague comes from various cultural background, and we all work happily in callaboration.

All the staff is cooperative. The office atmosphere is calm and relaxed. No work pressure and stress. The company is good for freshers who have less knowledge or almost no knowledge. After exiting the office you are free.

Dislikes

Their is no performance appraisals. Everyone get same hike whether you are doing average and excellent. The office campus is not very good.

Work Details

All you have to do is to make files of type types i.e discussion and example. In discussion you clear the concept. And in example you have to test students skills. There files are of many subject like pre calculus, statistics, algebra, social science etc

Bad appraisals, and few top level people behave like pick pocketers at some tourist place, specially HR. And the tech manager without any relevant degree, like stole one slipper and wait for person to throw other. They think people are doing work because they making them fool or the pressurising mechanism they have.
