HR is not supportive.If u completed your daily work but after 7 o'Clock as ladies person u want to go home.you cant.without work and after bank closing hours u r bound to stay there.Not maintained any Corona protocol,Not maintained anybholiday even in pandemic situation when whole WB is in quantine,they r force to work in their bank.But overall atmoshphere is good,all employees r friendly and helping,Boss is ok ok in nature.And higher authorities behaviour is not good.They r very rude.And in burdwan branch there is no accomodation,dirty,polluted bathrooms.etc. Over all work is experience is good....Read More

There is lot of politics,the management doesnot address oyr issues.without work ubr bound to stay there.No holidays,no corona protocol is maintaind.higher authorities behaviour is so rude.salesman is a main army for a company,without them not a single work is performed but all bad behaviour is rewarded to frontlines.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Jana small finance bank is very good but some employee in sales are very bad. They treat with junior like a servent of his father, they will also decided that who will continue in job Or who will not, I was a employee of jana bank, my boss Mr........ He was always in d......nk. One day he abused me and I record his call and send to zonal HR with zonal head but no one take any action to him. But........
