Most of the times, people don't enjoy doing repetitive work but such things are unavoidable. So, we have made a system where we break the mundane work and add excitement with the help of challenging projects in between. Collaboration between teams can be improved. Engagement on a more personal level with employees can be improved.

i have been working with EduBridge from last 6 years, i have seen company and team growing. things I like 1) Management Team :- Experienced, Friendly and Supportive. 2) Work Culture :- Customer First Attitude, transparency, motivates you to think & do big, Result oriented. 3) Systems :- Good mix of technology, policies and processes which helps you to deliver better.

sometimes you are expected to play multiple roles, but I think that's fine.
