HR failed to identify the good and potential employees. HR had given indulgence to the Employees having integrity issues and When it was disclosed in front of senior managerment. HR put his hand to get rid of honest employees from the organization. Used to project wrong picture in front of top Management to make entire hard work and effort end in smoke.
