Nothing. I had performed above expectation but still I was among a quite a few people who were asked to leave. I don't understand how you can releive an employee who is so dedicated and survived a Toxic culture.

Hectic, Rude Seniors, the team name was Enterprise HR and I would like to warn people who might get an offer under Chetana Malaviya's team. She is a toxic Lady and thinks highly of herself, and can fire you if you don't obey her

As a company Edelweiss is very good well structured and has good place in market. But work environment vise in Chennai is not good as the people here are very hard to work with.

Working at Edelweiss was fun. Daily targets was given which was a quite challenging task. Helpful teammates.

I didn't got an opportunity to explore much in Edelweiss. Was looking for more and more learning but opportunity was not given In spite of asking for it.
