The leadership in tech is terrible. I have been shouted publically. Team members openly are shouted in high pitch voices. Theirs constant pressure to manipulate and not doing go results in verbal shouting . Calls at late evening and mid night are expected as the heads can call anytime. The culture across the company is really good however in my team it has gone bad in last few years. Teams talk about it but are scared to report the same. Hopefully things should change....Read More
