Nightmare for any serious candidate.

Ecom Express is plagued by toxic politics and redtapism within its top management. Decision-making was slow and inefficient, hindered by bureaucratic processes that stifled innovation and progress. It was disheartening to witness a lack of vision and leadership, leading to a demoralized workforce and hampered growth. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
