without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.

They hire people & harrass them after few months that company is reducing by LIFO u should leave. AM and Head Harrassing me since 3 years to leave for no reason. Only reason is Old people are saved as working for 5+ years. No promotion around 2℅ increment . If any theft occurs ur salary we will make sure it deducts from it. Meaningless and pointless meetings are taken after our Duty bother us for 3 to 4 hours. Will change shifts for no reason. Every 6 months need to find job. It was good to work in E-Com Express because the salary used to come on time and also the timing of everything was right.

Dislikes

The biggest issue here was regarding promotion and transfer. Those who do not have connections at the top, nothing happens to them, they just stay at one place.

Very good company enviornment and excellent infrastructure. I fully enjoyed 4 years in this company and learn from my seniors and colleagues. Ecom Express is number 1 from my side in increament and internet job pramotion. Currently Ecom Express is fully automated and well shuttles in process.
