There is no job security, employees fired without notice period even they have been worked with ecom for 10-15 year. 10th Feb 2025 around 150 employees fired without notice period in head office and DC level around 600 employees fired,

without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.

It was good to work in E-Com Express because the salary used to come on time and also the timing of everything was right.

The biggest issue here was regarding promotion and transfer. Those who do not have connections at the top, nothing happens to them, they just stay at one place.

Me along with a few new recruits joined last year with the hope of working in a fast paced start up. The work life goes for a toss. There was hardly anything to like, apart from a few colleagues with whom made life time memories.

1. At the time of joining the company would say that it is a 5 day working company, but suddenly announce one fine day that during season or leadership meets saturdays are compulsory. For almost 2 months (8-10 weeks) in a year be prepared to work on saturdays. 2. They do not have a strategy on hiring. They have hired professionals like me in the past year to up their IPO game and to show to the worl that world class professionals are working in the company, but on the date of Feb 10, 2025 they decided to remove 150 almost new recruits from the company. 3. We were treated like criminals, and as we were being told about our layoff and we could even process that, our systems were locked. We could harldy even have a copy of our pay slips. 4. We were working on urgent deadlines, weekends were all blocked and suddenly the crazy leadership thought that they do not need us and our role is not required, and was laid off. 5. There is a lot of partial behaviour and the senior leaders are biased. They love the buttering people and give all the decision making powers to them. 6. If you looking to join here, make sure you have a backup job cause they can start there layoff anytime even if you got promotion it doesn't matter For reference ask HR for ecomexpress layoffs happen on February 2025 Almost more then half of the employee have been removed without any notice

Very good company enviornment and excellent infrastructure. I fully enjoyed 4 years in this company and learn from my seniors and colleagues. Ecom Express is number 1 from my side in increament and internet job pramotion. Currently Ecom Express is fully automated and well shuttles in process.
