eClerx is a good platform to start your career and stay for an year or 2. There are certain learning programs which are good.

This company does not value talent, honesty or hard work. If you want to survive in this company better have a great rapport with senior management and you are good to go. You can leave your talent or skills outside the gates as there is no consideration for the same. Work culture is pathetic and management is doomed. Even expectantladies or severely sick people are not spared and can be asked to come to office at any point of time and nobody will listen to griviences. Salaries are disaster....Read More

I started as a fresher, I loved working on Marcom projects. The teammates with higher authorities were really kind & motivating. The work environment was simple awsome. No pressure, employee centric, rewards & recognition.

Dislikes

The transport system is not good. Another thing I noticed that, once employe resign & after a month if he/she has any query regarding FnF, none of the HR person take responsibility. Neither they show any interest in solving our concerns nor they reply on our emails.

They have the worst Management. The Retainership contract was the worst contract I have signed. They promised me a year's contract and divided it into two halves. I wasn't even put on a notice period that was humane.

Worst Work Environment, I experienced in my life. It was my first job ever. In initial 2-3 months they will be behaving like they are the best managers in the world they are so caring. They will keep the fix rotational time . But after 2-3 months they keep all the existing times in 1 week only. For example - if today my shift time is 12:30 am to 9:30am my tomorrow's shift will be 6:30pm to 3:30am or 4:30 to 1:30am . Like seriously??? And also in the work load they won't give us break time to time . If I will be 5 mins late because of customer. They will blame us for dragging the chat and we will miss our breaks and now We have to wait for more 2 hours. Or sometimes if we are having shift time of 4:30 our first break will be at 9:30pm. Like seriously??? What we gonna do till then . Why should we starve due to LAT team requirement. Also they adjust our weekoffs without our permission then they just say that," hum aapke liye break times adjust karte hai . Toh aap ye hamare liye karo na. ". Seriously man I was so done with the company and they are literally pressurizing us with their behaviour and sales target. I understand sales target is also important. But sometimes customer concern is very much different we can't just force the customer about the mobile services...Read More

I do not mind that they removed me from PCIP but why they treated to a new joiner like outsider and hold accountable for every negative thing which I was not responsible. It was like their plan to put every negative part of the process on new joiner and remove them every year. Why management handling remotely and how owners are allows this. In customer operations, nothing is good in this company. People are frustrated and want to leave. Those who work are not appreciated and no growth opportunities are their for them. Rest, they fire people for cost cutting.

Good place to kickstart hour career as a fresher. You learn about how corporate culture works.With eClerx you get a chance to work with top investment banks learn everything you can and move on.

Work culture is really very poor, pls don’t expect any work life balance. I had to stretch 4-5 hours ahead of my shift time to handle the volume spike without any kind of appreciation for the efforts . This was my personal experience might vary from team to team.
