There are lots of things that have to share definitely here is that management is very worst like they have to thing that how to grow company Nicely but they are more interested into dirty politics. 1) They are dominating employee, not making them confident, makes floor environment unhealthy (employee always feels unsecured ). 2) Nepotism 3) Groups 4) Favouritism 5) Interaction (Language) is very bad 6) Targeting employee who are not into their favourite group 7) 1-2 percent Aprasail There are lots of worst thing to say They did dirty politics in Covid 19 also that they said to some employee to resign company. How those employee survive in covid 19 situation who are politically fired (said to resign) as company is having projects.
