They have the worst Management. The Retainership contract was the worst contract I have signed. They promised me a year's contract and divided it into two halves. I wasn't even put on a notice period that was humane.

Worst Work Environment, I experienced in my life. It was my first job ever. In initial 2-3 months they will be behaving like they are the best managers in the world they are so caring. They will keep the fix rotational time . But after 2-3 months they keep all the existing times in 1 week only. For example - if today my shift time is 12:30 am to 9:30am my tomorrow's shift will be 6:30pm to 3:30am or 4:30 to 1:30am . Like seriously??? And also in the work load they won't give us break time to time . If I will be 5 mins late because of customer. They will blame us for dragging the chat and we will miss our breaks and now We have to wait for more 2 hours. Or sometimes if we are having shift time of 4:30 our first break will be at 9:30pm. Like seriously??? What we gonna do till then . Why should we starve due to LAT team requirement. Also they adjust our weekoffs without our permission then they just say that," hum aapke liye break times adjust karte hai . Toh aap ye hamare liye karo na. ". Seriously man I was so done with the company and they are literally pressurizing us with their behaviour and sales target. I understand sales target is also important. eClerx overall is a good company but the management is worst

Job security and they treat you as hell none like anything. I do not mind that they removed me from PCIP but why they treated to a new joiner like outsider and hold accountable for every negative thing which I was not responsible. It was like their plan to put every negative part of the process on new joiner and remove them every year. Why management handling remotely and how owners are allows this. In customer operations, nothing is good in this company. People are frustrated and want to leave. Those who work are not appreciated and no growth opportunities are their for them. Rest, they fire people for cost cutting.

Dislikes

No promotions, no appraisals, no leaves, no work life balance, working on weekoffs as well, terminations and many more.

Work culture is really very poor, pls don’t expect any work life balance. I had to stretch 4-5 hours ahead of my shift time to handle the volume spike without any kind of appreciation for the efforts . This was my personal experience might vary from team to team.

Office location is far for me so traveling is what I don’t like yes they provide cab services but the application doesn’t work for many users like myself provide laptops but not allowed to work from home.

Very very poor management even higher level too. HR also taking side from managers and higher management. Very low pay, performance bonus only favourate employees. No policy benefit Lot's of politics this all are financial markets vartical specially for Pune
