The KM team tries its best in whatever way possible to get you ready for working in investment banking operations. They only do it because they know the level of candidates they've hired. Good exposure of the entire trade life cycle if you're working in IB operations - multiple accounts with them mainly ubs, jp, citi.

Dislikes

The people they hire. HR could be the biggest reason for the company's recent downfall. Employees here have a very casual approach and nothing here is systemic. Filled with freshers. Company would benefit if they reduce attrition rate by paying their employees well.

I do not mind that they removed me from PCIP but why they treated to a new joiner like outsider and hold accountable for every negative thing which I was not responsible. In customer operations, nothing is good in this company. People are frustrated and want to leave. Those who work are not appreciated and no growth opportunities are their for them. Rest, they fire people for cost cutting.

Dislikes

No promotions, no appraisals, no leaves, no work life balance, working on weekoffs as well, terminations and many more.

Worst Work Environment Ever! Working at this company was nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture is toxic, oppressive, and downright disrespectful to employees. It's almost as if you are treated like a prisoner. Employees have no rights, no voice, and are constantly pressured to conform without any support from the management. For freshers it's an amazing platform to learn. You will learn subject perfectly. Just get the job and learn the subject and there Will be one year bond for everyone. You will get joining bonus too

There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Worst Work Environment, I experienced in my life. It was my first job ever. In initial 2-3 months they will be behaving like they are the best managers in the world they are so caring. They will keep the fix rotational time . But after 2-3 months they keep all the existing times in 1 week only. For example - if today my shift time is 12:30 am to 9:30am my tomorrow's shift will be 6:30pm to 3:30am or 4:30 to 1:30am . Like seriously??? And also in the work load they won't give us break time to time . If I will be 5 mins late because of customer. They will blame us for dragging the chat and we will miss our breaks and now We have to wait for more 2 hours. Or sometimes if we are having shift time of 4:30 our first break will be at 9:30pm. Like seriously??? What we gonna do till then . Why should we starve due to LAT team requirement. Also they adjust our weekoffs without our permission then they just say that," hum aapke liye break times adjust karte hai . Toh aap ye hamare liye karo na. ". Seriously man I was so done with the company and they are literally pressurizing us with their behaviour and sales target. I understand sales target is also important. Work culture is really very poor, pls don’t expect any work life balance. I had to stretch 4-5 hours ahead of my shift time to handle the volume spike without any kind of appreciation for the efforts . This was my personal experience might vary from team to team.

Lack of peers and management support, unclear expectation at the time of joining and afterwards. No support to sustain in the role. High politics. Not a healthy environment to work. One advice, if you are a person who know how to mold words, things and manipulative then join else avoid it. Otherwise this will cost your career.

The environment in eclerx is overall great. I joined the company as fresher and I was really afraid of the things but later on I found every person very supportive let it be HR, or Trainer or the manager everyone treated me well.
