I have worked as an intern with EC-Council. I find the company full of diversity and a perfect place to work with. they take care of their employees and have great employee perks. i would recommend this employer and i have personally had a great experience with them.

Work culture is terrible specifically in R&D team a lot of micromanagement exists. Also a major lacking is payscale is very low compared to amount of work. The major disadvantage is growth, the managers/TL are not aware of advance cyber security and have lot less technical knowledge that results in miscommunication and hampers growth of an employee.
