Only few suckers are there who are working from last 3,4 years in the company and they don’t let anyone survive in the company. No support ,will ask you to generate leads for months and then suddenly will ask to drop the papers as target completion is not done

Best in the segment with support and learnings. Excellent incentive structure and bonuses seperate. Perks suck as leaves , trips and more

The culture at best company is by far the greatest asset.you can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the manager's are extremely patient and understanding. -good salary -benefits -free meals
