Their main problem is their Leadership... The culture is with people when the people sitting in higher positions don't value the teammates which says a lot about the culture. They have no retention policy and they don't value their employees.

Dislikes

Teammates are good, the problem is with the higher management. They have to see why people resign so often I think they will get to know the reason.

I worked for EC-Council for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. The job was exciting and challenging. The people were wonderful, friendly and always willing to help when they could. The management was supportive and encouraging
