Dislikes

Profit centered and no employee friendly policies. No free food, no free tea/coffee, no cab , strict in timings , late out goings.

No work ethics, not recommended, if you want to work in high pressure 12 to 14 hours with overtime without salary expected come and join Ebz. Religion based biasness, favouritism lala company with no learning Hr is character less, no work life balance, manager are egoistic, director are having narrow and cheap mentality. Muslim kota welcome.

Work culture pathetic, no salary rise, no learning, chacha bhatija waad, religion based biasness, no overtime, no Hr policy, very less leaves only 25 days overall for whole year, cheap mentality of directors bohot hai aur kya bole, this is not a German MNC it is just a another Laala company, avoid to join, mostly working Saturday are compulsory
