As someone who's worked in the company when it was expanding, Ebullient securities provided me with Excellent quality learning. But as soon as the learning curve peaks, the time in the office is not much joyful or tolerable.

Dislikes

The company's owner (Mr. Udit Aggarwal) is not very friendly with his employees and after working hard for 12 months i was appraised from a salary of 25k to 27K /month. There's no actual growth as a trader here as all you have to do is listen to your boss and do what they say. Equity dealer is the first start in the stock market and I think company training systems do matters a lot. The location is very good and near to Huda city center metro station. Timings are a little bit strict. Thursday's expiry session gives a live experience of trade sessions which are highly valuable for a fresher.

Dislikes

We have to deposit our mobile phones which is little bit problematic if you want to Zomato/Swiggy daily.

Guys never go for job in this organization. They are totally worst . HR Himani is very senseless women she didn't tell about job profile, job description & etc. And when i ask to her she told me these questions are unnecessary. I'm mentioning here that questions.. I got to learn many new things of the share market after I joined this company. And also it has a good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Job security is basically nil. You can be terminated for the smallest of reasons, for, e.g.- two male employees were fired for wearing an ear-ring. Also, the criteria for being able to be eligible for a promotion to a "trader" is ridiculous.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
