1. Administrator, illiterate (Says the Ebullient is Baniye ki Dukan), Irrlogical HR head. 2. No job security, Admin can kick you if you are smiling, talking, not wearing formals, if your maths is not good. 3. Full access to kitchen but their is nothing in kitchen for dealers except tissue, fridge and Oven, even utensil is not there,they give you tea two times a day but makes tea with 1 liter of milk for 80 dealers. 4. They will mark your half day/absent if you are 1 minute late. 5. Insensitive is for old dealers, only if the company is highly profitable, the amount would be 200-900 based on your performance. 6. Ebullient is a nice company to start your stock market career. they train equity deals well and their training strategies are also wonderful. I recommend this to all friends who wanna kick start in the stock market. The HR department is very supportive and the teams are highly professional.

Very bad work culture. Trainers get a little power and they act like they own the whole place. Zero job security. They will find a way to fire you for anything. I've witnessed people getting fired for wearing jeans to the office (they had not been enforcing formal clothing at work until then). They've fired people for talking of allthings.
