No job security, Admin can kick you if you are smiling, talking, not wearing formals, if your maths is not good. 3. Full access to kitchen but their is nothing in kitchen for dealers except tissue, fridge and Oven, even utensil is not there,they give you tea two times a day but makes tea with 1 liter of milk for 80 dealers. 4. They will mark your half day/absent if you are 1 minute late. 5. Insensitive is for old dealers, only if the company is highly profitable, the amount would be 200-900 based on your performance. 6. If you are in stocks, they will blame you for every mistake of theirs and deduct your insensitive for the same....Read More
