There is nothing to like in Ebullient securities except the managers i.e Priyanka mam , Aradhna mam

Policies as per which employee is terminated on a single mistake , and companay says that they will give leaves in case of exam , marriages etc they give but after some days they terminate the employee because of not coming to office.

After trying for half an hour I couldn't recall a single thing I liked about this company.

1. You will never be promoted based on your talent but your ability to please the top people. 2. First they over hired and then they started to fire randomly, they were so dumb they fired good dealers and retained the other ones. 3. During my stay they had fired one for smiling, one for sitting comfortably, one for asking for raise,one for fetching the lunch, etc. 4. The top management once scolded a very bright dealer only because he was being denied well deserving appraisal and he asked for it. 5. I personally know many dealers who were denied promotions even though they fulfilled the criteria made by themselves. 6. The top management thinks that they are very clever and the dealers are dumb and dealers do not understand there politics, mam we understood everything but confronting you wasn't worth it. 7. Every moment I felt like I am wasting my time in the company and there were many more too. 8. The admin was so illiterate and dumb, he literally had no sense of talking. The management had asked him to treat the dealers as he likes because they don't care about dealers' problems. Once almost every dealer wrote complaint letter to the management but no action was taken. 9. Taking orders from a very incompetent senior was very painful.
