Great environment for work. Seniors and managers are very helpful and are much easy to reach. Learning new technologies as each product is made on different environment. Sometimes the workload is more at the time of launch but overall best place to work.

There is nothing as such one will dislike here. Everything is smooth and help is provided if someone is struggling with anything.

Work distribution is pathetic. If you work well, you'll be loaded with more work. And for those who don't work, they'll push their work onto you. Eaton management needs a lot of rethinking and really needs to bridge the gap between research and product teams. The most unethical company for employees. High beurocratic culture and high discrimination against male employees just to achieve gender diversity goals. No future for technical employees. Only highly political people can survive. The company seems to progress fast towards doom on productivity.
