One or two Senior developers are doing their best to groom their juniors otherwise there is nothing to like working in Easyrewardz.

Dislikes

The poor management, its like no one is going to tell you what to do they hire new Senior Developers who doesn't know what to do with the project. The HR don't know any thing about the employee, they just talk in the air.

Organises parties, games and events every month to cool down employees. If you get a good manager then its fun to work. Gives you work from home benifits after 10% salary deduction.

Cost cutting on every other occasions. Firing any moment. Hidden clause in every other policies. Bad work from home policies and leave policies.

We can learn in this company as much as we can but remember with learning more responsibilities came to you then there is no work life balance.

In this company hikes not depends on what you did or how much work you did totally depends upon politics. The worst hr team I ever seen there is no clarity about your money. Hikes are not on time and company always wanted to do more work than your office time. Bonds are scam here don't sign any bond with them.

Processes are mostly clear, training and onboarding for new joiners is good. Culture is good

HR is not strong and can't work independently Too much deductions , unplanned mostly. Appraisal happens 6 months late and arier is received next year Job security is not there at all.
