We can learn in this company as much as we can but remember with learning more responsibilities came to you then there is no work life balance.

In this company hikes not depends on what you did or how much work you did totally depends upon politics. The worst hr team I ever seen there is no clarity about your money. Hikes are not on time and company always wanted to do more work than your office time. Bonds are scam here don't sign any bond with them.

HR is not strong and can't work independently Too much deductions , unplanned mostly. Appraisal happens 6 months late and arier is received next year Job security is not there at all.
