1.Old staff never appreciate you. 2.They never let you take initiative. 3.One task is completed another task is given without seeing the duty time or lunch and forced the staff to complete even after duty hours. 4.No appraisals of the staff for 3-4 years, only selected get appraisals. 5.Too much waste meetings and discussions.6.Only the staff who has the buttering techniques, can resist. 7.Very old infrastructure. 8.Very old Canteen for both staff and workers, no proper maintenance and cleaness 9.Too much resigns and recruiting. 10.Only Fame...Read More
