In my case, promotions were there but salary will not be hiked much. Overall, it's not good.

No proper structure on salary decisions. Poor work culture. Inter-department support is not good. Company policies change very frequently.

Very bad experience just join and they removed because company policy change company said he company removed all TSI in eastman no one sales executive,TSI under company last designation is ASM the doing all like secondary, primary and sirvice all etc

They have changed a lot. When I joined 3 years back and what EAPL is now has made overall positive progress in all segment but still a lot of to be done to make it a perfect organisation.

I was working with EAPL from 1 may 2023 to July 24.Almost my couliges and boss is very Cooperative.

But there is no job security and lead is very harmful for health. And when you are left from your job before 2 month notice period your deduction of 26000 rupees. It's too bad 😞..and shopfloor condition is too bad.

Office timing is great and flexible. IARM(Internal Audit Risk Management) ke aane se ab dhire dhire sab kuch accha ho raha hai.....log Accountability se kaam kar rahe hai....Ownership se kaam kar rahe hai...... Open communication with higher authority hai....this is best part. Ab log discipline me reh rahe hai.....and kaamo ke prati dar hai logo ke man me.

Divisional politics bahoot hai company me..... Saare senior Managers ko relocate kar dena chahiye...
