Nothing at All.. except for a few people in the company who provided me with mental support during my hardships.

I joined this company with high hopes on 01st December, 2015 as an Assistant Manager, Operations and left in just a matter of 5 months. Leaving my job was difficult choice for me but I had to leave because my work was being sabotaged due to internal politics and groupism. I was working under a female manager for Import-Export who was heck-bothered about how the team under her was working and their issues. She was and works currently only for her ownself.! If you take your issues up to her for redressal, she would ignore them stating she has also gone through such problems. Also when I escalated my complaint to the Director of the company (With Proofs), he mentioned he could not do much to help me with since the people(amongst the office staff) causing problems to me had been in the company from a long time and were handling important profiles there. So the best option I was left with was to search for another job since this came directly from the DIRECTOR of the company. My advise to anyone looking for a job in this company :- !! Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
