For reference HR only accepts upper management referrals, hiring the referral candidate even if it is not good fit. Lots of politics in office, During appraisal they will only give more hike to them who are closer to manager.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Blocking of merchants payouts and money with no reasons and justifications, employees needs to face this in the market all by itself with zero support from the management. 9.
