Working with like minded colleagues/team members was very good.

Dislikes

Management was very bad. There was obvious bias in very thing. We were treated like labourers than like an employee. No concern for our health and safety. Appraisal was very bad. Promotions non existent. No support given for skill improvement.

Working in Eagleview was a good experience. Although I had previous experience it's really good for freshers. No work pressure. Good incentives. No work after working hours.

Dislikes

The other employees used to play lord music and not just 1 but more than 2 songs at the same time which was irritating.

Worst management. No job security. No scope for learning and upskilling. Very less hikes after gaining years of experience. Night shifts. Higher targets mostly can't achieve.

Colleagues were a delight

Horribly mismanaged. No transparency at all in the work place. No scope for skill development. No scope for growth. Company closed up shop because of the high attrition rate caused by no support from the management. As an employee all your hard work will go to getting your managers better pay.
