Company is good, but the people with poor knowledge are managers, who doesn't even bother about Co workers learning and skill development. Management is just bothered about employees login and log out time, they do not consider the good work and output of employees instead they want employees to stay in the office for more than ten hours. Dislikes

I dislike the managers attitude who are doing favours to certain employees, if we talk against that there are chances of termination. No proper job security.

Work Details

It was monotonous copy paste job, our ideas were new allowed to implement in the system. Overall very poor learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
