It's local white label SEO agency they work with local SEO agencies. There is no communication with end client. Only Choose if you want to join as a local SEO work no e commerce no saas no B2B, Obviously I don't know about other departments but no career growth in SEO at all. I will highly not recommend to join E2M at all. Cheap senior guys out there the worst part of the SEO Department. Task time is the worst,you have to active the timer once you work on it and end up timer once you finish with the task. This is worst way to major productivity, this is called micro management and it's worst part of this company. I don't know why they have different email ids for senior and junior Employees this the worst thing and kind of discrimination. It System department is the worst team. When E2M party it party hard. And throw good parties to employees.

Dislikes

1) There is nothing like work life balance in there. In core panel there are people who worked for 12 to 14hr a day and they expected same thing from everyone. 2) There is high level politics behind the door. If you do not have good relationship with some team's PM then you will get fired anytime without any prior notice. 3) You can not leave office premises on time. If you do then you are not good enough for company. No matter if you complete your task or what. And in appraisal time they will say "we expect more from you. And you should give your 200%. And work beyond your limits which will help you." 4) If you take any issues from team to HR they said change the team. And if you change the team then they will said you are not team player and put you in such conditions where you will resign from your side to sake of your mental peace. 5) There is nothing like job security here. If they want you to be gone they will give you any of crap reason and fire you at same moment. And even not allow to meet your team....Read More
