There is a slight gap felt by me between the compensation and work delivered over time. Company should notice the efforts taken and compensate as per deserved value not by comparing the existing compensation. I feel as though here, an employee is valued ONLY as long as they are making GOOD money for the company. You have to do A LOT to bring seniors folks' attention to your work/efforts. Even after that there's no guarantee that anybody will value them. I have been here for quite some time now and I feel this company is always STINGY when it comes to PAs, bonuses etc. :|

If you are fresher or someone with less work ex don't think of joining this company , they can hire and fire anytime without any concrete reason. They give mostly internal projects to the freshers which is not sufficient for hands- on in any particular technology. HR department is full of dimwits with no proper management, they keepon daunting everyone that if they don't set their benchmark of work they can throw them out anytime without any notice or warning, it has happened to a lot . HR's are impolite and gossip about everyone everywhere . The office atmosphere feels pretty anxious all the time . They don't have any proper time management system and no wfh for freshers....Read More
