I was working in a role that I liked which was satisfying. And I had great colleagues.

Dislikes

Poor salary and abysmal benefits. Internal politics, moral policing, The management was horrible and micro-managed a lot. They literally had a finger print system which you needed to log out off even if taking a 5 min break.

The team is very welcoming and supportive. They have timely training and meetings to discuss campaign performances.
