So as a agent from last 3 years, it helped me learn lots of different thing regarding travel and different softwars like gds to work on. Other than that if you are person with full dedication and hardwork you can earn good decent amount of incentives which can encourage to grow and maintain a good work life balance. The work culture is also very much friendly and supportive people.

The only thing i dislike about the company is COC. If a agent doesnt completes his target for the particular month, he/she will be going to monitoring and then PIP and then they will chuck out like its a hire and fire policy.

Its a really good place to work and earn. More you learn, the more you earn here. Dyninno provides you great fascilities like prckup and drop by office cabs. Beautiful office in cyber city. Overall its a really good place to work.
