Its really not a good company . when i was join this company then then i very happy but its removed me from job after 6 month no any issues. its staff also not to good they are helpless and hopeless they are always try to safe jobs .

They gave salary on time ... That's the only thing they provide quickly ..

They don't support there engineer if they are on different site locations ... They don't trust them .... They don't provide support and respect their employees while leaving organization

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
