The company is trying to change and use industry best practices, there's support from the team and management depending on the team you are in.

Dislikes

The organisation is going through a transformation and hence currently things are haphazard. There is no work-life balance and limited learning with the same repetitive ad hoc tasks. Growth in the company is very slow and compensation is very poor considering the work assigned and done by an individual.
