I suggests other that if you are looking for a job in dxc, so its great. But they will force you to do more even if your work hour are around 09:30. But they will force you to do more. Some time they force people to do work 12 hours and for that you will not get any incentive, perk,etc.

The environment was friendly, seniors were very cooperative.. In short I am happy working with DXC.
To be very honest, it's being almost 15 months I have worked with DXC technology and in 15 months I gave my 200%. The thing that I won't agree is with the salary structure, they gave us 10k for what we did. My team is known as XIS Binders, can you tell me what should I do with 10k @monthly. if I gave my best then I should literallyaccept from the company to awarded us for what we did even after having 2 rating for the whole year and always keep on achieving the targets and all. There are total 15 members when I join this company but now only 5 members were there in my team, you should know the reason behind this why people keep on leaving this company and join the another one. I just want you to improve the salary of the whole XIS employee so that instead of leaving the company they stood in within the same country and gave there best in the future🙂...Read More
