You have ample amount of bandwidth to contribute to the company, upgrade your skills to perform better and the overall work culture is very flexible and helpful. If you need assistance, everyone is easily accessible and open to talk to. Your queries/task related hurdles get solved oreven listened to quickly and efficiently. You get to experience and learn a lot, in different aspects. The work environment is safe and healthy. The company is inclined more towards sales department, however there is smooth transition between all the departments. The employees here are very humble and helpful. Sometimes the communication can be a bit problematic, however this also plays to your advantage as you get to learn more and as you are thrown curveballs, you start learning how to get the task done around and solve the problems at your own. Overall, there are no major drawbacks to work in this organization, no company is perfectly fine however this organization has very less disadvantages.

Working at Dwello has been a life changing experience for me, it has been two years since i have joined the company and there has always been immense support from the team leader as well as the collegues i am currently working with. Dwello has an amazing work culture. I have been working here for over a year and a half and I can surely say this is the best place to work. All problems arise from the Top. Immediate leaders are not fit to lead. TLs emotionally manipulate and lie to the consultants. Very toxic leadership, micromanaging the wrong things. Blaming the consultants and deep diving into consultants work for nor bringing in deals when They don't provide the right leads. Managers mostly suffer from a bipolar disorder. Can't share anything with an HR because they tell on you to the TL who then blocks your growth. Terrible terrible leadership. The HRs lie during the interview, I was hired for a specific market but now I'm being told to sell a different market. Unreasonable Mid level managers. Join at the risk of your mental health.
