Hi, I was in duruva few months back.. Without a reason I was terminated by the IT head mee atchi she was very cruel with her teammates.. actually before me 2 members was there in IT.. a lead and a girl.. dnt know her name.. but lead name is meenatchi.. her orginal name is nandhini I guess.. after my joining with in a she terminatedme.. she didn't give me any responsible work she was asking me to do the data entry job.. I was doing it and it was my first job.. but suddenly one evening they asked me not to come.. I was in ful depression.. till now I am searching for the reason of my termination.. I would give this feedback earlier but now I came to know abt this feedback platform through my frnds... Meenatchi is over dominating, she is not a team worker over bossy, the way she was behaving with her co workers was disrespectful.. I dnt know abt the management.....Read More

I was working for past 2 years in this company , its worst company , they dont value their employees and never appreciate their work , from top level to bottom they speak sweet till you work for them if you want to resign their approach is totally different, its been 3 months I couldn’t get my original certificate which illegally took it from me , now they hold my last month salary as well including the petrol allowances , i am about to file a legal complaint on this company especially HR in the HO karur . My kind advise who think of joining this company please stay away from them DO NOT SUBMIT ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES. Its very hard when you want to leave them....Read More

Hi am Jansi from Karur. I already attended the interview in past few days but my unluck I didn't selected in this company. I have selected 2 rounds but unfortunately i didn't select 3rd round. But overall my interview experience was good especially HR very kind and soft.

I am working almost 3 years in this Company. Here working Culture too Good, No Politics. Good working atmosphere, Healthy foods and snacks. Management was care all the employees, Its great time to work here.

In this company used to advance technology very useful and easy to learn and my colleagues come from various rural place and this company mold of the employee attitude and employee behavior towards the goal

Then recruitment team so over travel . Then compensation slowly growth unofficial work will be given, department wise interaction less, workload high but compensate low.. Team lead did not analyse accurate individual performence. Work culture did not use in personal mobile and then new employee join the company official and unofficial wise watch our behaviour....
