Since it was a German company but not following their work culture. Blaming game is high priority and high politics. No growth for young talent. Cost reduction is high priority than employee benefit. Not ready to guide and train towards assigned work. But expected the output as high quality. Yearly promotion and salary hike not depends on performance.
