Since it was a German company but not following their work culture. Blaming game is high priority and high politics. No growth for young talent. Cost reduction is high priority than employee benefit. Not ready to guide and train towards assigned work. But expected the output as high quality. Yearly promotion and salary hike not depends on performance. You should be close friend or their well wishers lukily. Every promotion for the interval of 7-8 years even though you are good performer. All departments good. APT, CTS are good and good carrier growth.

PFS Mechanical Engineering is very bad, they are not allowing to follow the office time. If you went as per office time, they will Target and load the work, start questioning- why leaving on time. Also not recommend for promotion and good hike. But they will get more work from us. Politics and all playing. Not able to learn new, designs and all already developed-only to modify and release the drawings. They using Microstation here. If you try to create a new, they will question us and modify the drawing. They compel to come weekend and holidays. If you not come on weekend and holidays his reaction will be different. Also they load the work on weekends and holidays.in COVID period heads and all went to work from home but employees are working at office. Team heads will not take care employees. Always APT and CTS will be preferred but not PFS Mechanical Engineering....Read More

More peoples are already crossed 15years of service & trying to make pressure on new joinies. Not a healthy environment to much work pressure. No family life. project site team is literally leaving life like they are orphan.
