Not given proper training manager uses very bad words even if girl is there tell to stay after 5 pm to female employee,not thinking about safety .if he is not taking unnecessary meetings then no need to stay after 5 pm unnecessary lectures are given by manager which are very demotivated

Very bad organisation, zero work life balance, company owner and HR department doesn't care if their employees facing the issue inside and outside of the organisation. Very much departmental approach, no one is working like a team. They give salary hike by seeing faces not by performance. Whatever you are fresher or experience person, please please please do not come in this company.
