You must forget about personal life and personal work. Compulsory working on sunday ( no week off ) No C-off or OT conversion after spending extra hrs. Egoestic seniors and work culture. continues headache throughout work. No standard processes follows by seniors and then they pressurize to new comers. Very much departmental approach, no one is working like a team. They give salary hike by seeing faces not by performance. Whatever you are fresher or experience person, please please please do not come in this company.
