In a nutshell, Dufry Business Services LLP is a place to learn the lengths and breadths of both Travel Retail as well as end to end Financial Services. The culture of the company is decent and the work life balance is also good. The work environment is great too!

Dislikes

Slow growth and lesser importance on training. Also, not much scope for team outings.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
