Great Company to work for supportive Upper management. Good work culture and good life balance. I enjoy my work place and Environment. This is multicultural global organization. Good company police about employees. The best company for Insurance domain as entire product is now converted into SaaS Model using latest technologies.

Dislikes

Duck creek as good place to work but some exceptions are always there. Nothing will be according to yours. People doing hard work there but rarely got appreciation from the immediate management. No proper guidance and training to newly joined team mates hence senior like me have to guide and trained them step by stem which is painful.

Work Details

As per my role I have a team and assign the tasks to team guide them. Planning and solutioning about the task and impediments and handling the tuff problem in order to solve them.

Work culture, Management, and teammates are some of the biggest strengths of the company. Compensation and recognitions are based on individual performances, even in the covid period, the company gave 2 digit hike to most of the employees. Duckcreek provides the WFH option, free transportation.
