During pandemic I found Duck creek is always proactive to understand employee concern and always supported in all possible ways. Leadership listen to employee concern and try to resolve those in best possible way. Work culture is amazing at Duck creek. That makes very huge difference specially when everyone started Work from Home.

Dislikes

Being product company I feel perks and benefits not up to market standard. To retain good talent in long term perspective something need to be done to attract \ retain talented resources.

Best part is the culture and open door policy. They have remote first policy in place and encourage employees to share their feedback. leadership is approachable and noone really has to hesitate is sharing any type of concerns or feedback. work life balance is also good and policies are flexible to ensure it works for everyone.

Product culture is missing. Also, no hopes for promotions. Opportunities will only be for the people there with Duckcreek for a long time even though they don't perform. To get new opportunities and promotions you have to wait for a minimum of 5 years, no matter how much you perform and this is only for India employees.
