Work culture, Management, and teammates are some of the biggest strengths of the company. Compensation and recognitions are based on individual performances, even in the covid period, the company gave 2 digit hike to most of the employees. Duckcreek provides the WFH option, free transportation. Personally, I love the kind of work I am getting in the organization which gives me a scope to learn and explore new areas in DuckCreek Modules. Always getting interesting and challenging work.
